                      Sanford Judson Harrison, 90
 Sanford Judson Harrison, 90, died Tuesday at Retirement Inn, Swainsboro, 
after a long illness.
 The funeral will be held Thursday at 11am from First Baptist Church of 
Swainsboro. The Rev. Terrell Ruis will officiate, assisted by the Rev. Kenneth 
Youmans. Interment will be in Swainsboro City Cemetery.
 A native of Johnson County, Mr. Harrison was a retired pharmacist. He was a 
graduate of Sandersville High School and was a 1920 graduate of Southern 
College of Pharmacy, Atlanta. He came to Swainsboro in 1936 and opened 
Harrison's Pharmacy, which he owned and operated until his retirement in 1965. 
He served on the board of trustees of Baptist Village for five years. He was a 
member, trustee, and deacon of First Baptist Church in Swainsboro.
 Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Winnie McDaniel Harrison of Swaimsboro; a 
daughter, Mrs. Rosemary H. LeRoy of Bartlett, Ill.; two sisters, Mrs. Ruth 
Parnell of Wrightsville and Mrs. Mamie Lou Claxton of Kite; and three 
grandchildren.
 Pallbearers will be Neal Baker, John R. Roberts, Darwin Womack, Sid Shepherd, 
Lelon Purcell, Carl Layton, Pete Boatright, and Waldo Yeomans. Deacons of 
First Baptist Church of Swainsboro and Lawton Wimberly will serve as honorary 
pallbearers.
 Peebles-Curry Mortuary of Swainsboro has charge of arrangements.
