The Swainsboro Forest-Blade 28 Feb 1932 FP
                   Mr. Moring Dies Tuesday Night
 Mr. George W. Moring died at his home here Tuesday night after an illness of 
two weeks.
 Mr. Moring had been in poor health for several months but only recently was 
confined to his bed.
 He was the son of the late Joel Moring and a member of one of the oldest and 
most prominent families in Emanuel County. He was about 56 years of age.
 The deceased is survived by his wife and several children as well as a number 
of other relatives.
 The funeral services will be held from the Baptist church this afternoon at 2 
o'clock. Interment will follow in the city cemetery.

Additional Comments:
George was born 12 Jul 1875 to Joel "Joe" Randall Moring and Sidney Winnford 
Rountree Moring. His wife was Lanie Coxwell Moring who is also buried in the 
city cemetery.
