Mrs. Lueretha Oglesby

MIDVILLE, Ga.-- Mrs. Lueretha Oglesby, 77, died Sunday, Nov. 13, 1988, at
Emanuel County Hospital, Swainsboro, following an extended illness.
The funeral will be at 3p.m. today at Hines Baptist Church with teh Revs. Phil
Wilson and Leonard Quick officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery
A native of Emanuel County, Mrs. Oglesby was a homemaker and a member of Hines
Baptist Church.She was also a member and past worthy matron of Moring Chapter
No. 231 of Eastern Star.
Survivors include three sons, James M. Oglesby and Roosevelt Oglesby Jr., both
of Midville and Danny W. Oglesby, Savannah; three sisters, Mary Allmond, Twin
City, Carie Lyons, Metter adn Ruby Powell, Clearwater, N.C.; two brothers, Danny
R. Oglesby adn James E. Oglesby, both of Midville; and nine grandchildren adn
eight great grandchildren.
Grandsons will be pallbearers.
Honorary pallbearers will be members of Eastern Star. 
Friends may call at Peebles-Curry Funeral Home until 2p.m. today then at the church.
