                       Mary Lee Page, 88
SWAINSBORO-Funeral for Mary Lee Page, age 88, was held Sunday, March 12th, at 
2 PM at Mt. Shady Baptist Church with Rev. Wilmer Hall and Rev.Wayne Page 
officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Shady Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. 
Donny Bush officiating. She died Friday, March 10, 2006, at the Swainsboro 
Nursing Home after an extended illness. Mrs. Page was a native of Johnson 
County but lived most of her life in Emanuel County. She was a homemaker and 
member of Mt. Shady Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband 
George Page and grandson, Mike Wilkes. Survivors include seven daughters, 
Bessie Branson and Lloyd of Albany; Myrtle Spence of Midville; Shelba and 
husband, Gene Wilkes; Lela Spence; Lavon and husband, Thomas Woods and Della 
Holt, all of Swainsboro; and Dawn and husband, Vince Larkin of Aiken, S.C.; 
Five sons, James and wife, Mary Page; Mack and wife, Mary Paige, both of 
Cumming; Rev. Wayne and wife, Catherine Page of Metter; Ralph and wife, Sue 
Page of Adrian; and Steve and wife, Janet Page of Swainsboro; One sister, Adel 
Bird of Swainsboro; 34 Grandchildren, 34 Great-Grandchildren, and 6 Great 
Great-Grandchildren. Pallbearers were grandsons, Jason Page, Lenon Page, Kanon 
Page, Ashley Page, Jeremy Page, Chad Page, Tommy Woods, Walter Spence, Chris 
Scott, Clint Eller, Ranzie Jackson, Bryson Larkin, Matt Holt, Chris Holt, 
Ashton Larkin, K.C. Paige, Daniel Paige and Ricky Jackson. Honorary 
pallbearers were deacons of Mt. Shady Baptist Church, Ray Goodman, Ed Jones, 
Ray Henry, Courtney Terwilliger, and nephews. Peebles-Curry-Durden Mortuary 
had charge of arrangements.

Mary Lee was born 2-5-1918 to Jim Bell Bush and Della E. Douglas Bush.
