Tyson, 73, of 416 Mill St., died Saturday, Nov. 2, 1996, at Fairview Park Hospital, Dublin. The funeral will be at 3 p.m. today at Adrian Baptist Church, with the Revs. Franklin Sasser and Jack Key officiating. Burial will be in Sardis Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, Kite. Mr. Tyson, a native of Johnson County, had retired as owner of Tyson's Print Shop. He was an Army Air Forces veteran of World War II and a past member of the Adrian Lions Club. He was a member and deacon of Adrian Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Phyllis Turner Tyson; four daughters, Deidre Flanders and Denise Hightower, both of Adrian, and Deborah Larkin and Karen Faulkner, both of Aiken; a brother, Jerry Tyson, Howard Lake, Minn.; and eight grandchildren. Pallbearers will be nephews. Honorary pallbearers will be deacons of Adrian Baptist Church. Memorials may be made to Adrian Baptist Church Building Fund. Friends may call at the residence.
