Marriage License
by Hon. J. P. Pughsley Ordinary for the County of Emanuel and State Aforesaid
To any Minister of the Gospel, Judge, or Justice of the Peace for said State:
You are hereby authorized to join in the Holy State of Matrimony,
J. K. Hall of ..........................
and
Nancy Ann Miller of .....................
according to the Constitution and Laws of the State, for which this shall be 
your License.
Given under my Hand and Seal of Office the 23rd Day of Sept in the year of our 
Lord one thousand eight
hundred and seventy nine.

This certifies that J. K. Hall 
and Nancy A. Miller were duly joined in Marriage on the 
10th day of Oct. A.D. 1879

Additional Comments:
I got a copy of this from someone else searching for James K (Kintchen) (sp) 
Hall. Yet I never seem to see a copy in any Emanuel County records when I 
search. Just thought I'd share it with the archives in case. Would love to know 
what happened to James K. Hall. His wife Nancy went on to Marry Stafford Davis 
(Grandson of old Dr. Stafford Davis buried in Wilsonville Community in Coffee 
County) .
Any leads would be great.
