Jan. 17, 1903 - Final Division DEED OF GIFT SOLOMON WILLIAMSON GEORGIA, EMANUEL COUNTY. This Indenture, made and entered into this the 24th day of Sept. 1891, between Solomon Williamson of the County and State aforesaid of the first part, Clarissa Williamson his wife, Lemuel D., Wright W., & Hansel Williamson, Maryann Howell, Cassie Mosley, Teracy Williamson, Isabella Youmans, Sylvesta Anderson, Solomon R., Greely, Delilah, Sylvania, Cleveland and Ewell Williamson, children of the said Solomon Williamson of said State, and the Counties of Tattnall, Emanuel and Montgomery, of the second part. WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of the sum of ten dollars and the natural love and affection the said Solomon Williamson has and bears toward his wife and children, the said Solomon Williamson has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and by these presents does grant, his said wife and children above mentioned, now born, and all such children as may hereafter be born, their heirs and assigns, all that certain tract or parcel of land lying in the 50th G.M. containing Eighty Seven acres, more or less, being part of a tract originally granted to said Solomon Williamson, and bounded on the North by the home tract of the said Solomon Williamson, and bounded on the East, South and West, by lands of Solomon Williamson; Also one tract in the 50th G.M. Dist. containing Eight Hundred and Eighteen acres, more or less, being a part of an 868 acre tract originally granted to Sol. Williamson and bounded on the North by lands of McIntosh; East by lands of Wm. Findley; South by Sol. Williamson; West by the Sol. Williamson home place; Also, one tract lying in the 50th Dist. G.M. containing Four Hundred acres, more or less, being the tract whereon Wright Williamson now resides, and bounded on the North by Benj. Morris; East by Sol. Williamson; South by A.J. Mosley; West by John C. Coleman, the said Wright Williamson is to have Two Hundred Acres of this tract including his dwelling and other buildings, and enough of the other tracts to make him equal with all the others; Also, one tract lying in the 50th Dist. G.M. containing Two Hundred and Fifty Five acres, more or less, and bounded on the North and East by Benj. Morris, and the South and West by John C. Coleman; Also, one tract in the 50th Dist. containing Six Hundred and Eighty acres, more or less, and bounded on the North, East and West by Wilder Phillips, and on the South by Benj. Morris, and it is the express intention that Two Hundred acres of this tract on the side next to Wilder Phillips are to be held by the children of the said Sol. Williamson's present wife now born and to be born by the said Sol. Williamson and said 200 acres shall not be divided until the youngest child shall reach the age of 21 years, said 200 acres are to be held by said children over and above their share in the other lands, and they shall not be required to account for the 200 acres in the general division; Also, one tract in the 50th Dist. containing Two Hundred acres, more or less, and bounded on the North, South and West by Solomon Williamson, and on the East by Wm. Findley; Also, one tract in the 50th Dist. containing Two Hundred acres, more or less, and bounded on the North by Wm. Findley; East by the Big Ohoopee River; South by Wm. Findley; West by said Solomon Williamson; Also, one tract in the 50th Dist. containing Two Hundred acres, more or less, and bounded on the North, South and West by Solomon Williamson and on the East by Wm. Findley; Also, one tract in the 50th Dist. containing Two Hundred and Forty Five acres, more or less, and bounded on the North, South and West by Solomon Williamson, and on the East by Wm. Findley; Also, one tract in the 50th Dist. containing Fifty Six acres, more or less, and bounded on the North, East and South by said Sol. Williamson and on the West by A.J. Mosley; Also, one tract in the 50th Dist. containing Eight Hundred and Thirty Four acres, more or less, and bounded on the North by Sol. Williamson; East by Wm. Findley; West by Mary Meadows; Also, one tract in the 50th Dist. containing Two Hundred and Forty acres, more or less, and bounded on the North by Sol. Williamson; East by Mary Meadows; South and West by J.L. Mosley; Also, one tract in the 50th Dist. containing Nine Hundred acres, more or less, and bounded on the North by Shep Findley; East by the Big Ohoopee River; South by Collins and West by J.L. Mosley and known as the Bullard land; Also, one tract in the 50th Dist. containing One Hundred and Fifty acres, more or less, and bounded on the North by Benj. Morris; East, South and West by Solomon Williamson; Also, four head of mules, two medium sized, and two large sized; two horse wagons; one timber wagon; about seventy five head of stock cattle; four hundred head of sheep, more or less; said mules, wagons and stock being now on my plantation and lands. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all the above described property to the said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever in fee simple. And it is the express intention of the said Solomon Williamson that this conveyance shall be considered a deed and not a will; and it is also his intention to convey present interest in all of said property above described, he relinquishing all right, title and interest in the same to the said parties of the second part, and reserving no right, title or interest to himself, except the right to manage and control all of said property for the parties of the second part, until his, the said Solomon Williamson's death. Solomon Williamson, deceased, on the 24th day of September, 1891, made to the above named parties a deed of gift to the following described tracts of land to wit (here follows a description identical with that in the deed heretofore attached). Second. That all of said heirs are of full age except ____________. Third. Petitioners have not given the 20 days notice for the reason that no notice is necessary, all of the heirs at law being parties thereto. Wherefore, the premises considered, petitioners pray that said land be partitioned among said heirs according to law. ORDER IN RE: Clarissa Williamson, and herself as guardian, H. R. Williamson, W.W. Williamson, et. al. Petition for Partition. The above stated petition for partition coming on regularly to be heard, and there being no proof of notice necessary for the reason that all of the heirs to the property described are parties to the petition, and it appearing upon examination of petitioners' title and share of the premises that all the parties concerned are tenants in common of said described premises; It is therefore ordered that the following named free-holders of said county, to wit: David H. Smith, W. J. Evans, J.J. Sutton, Wm. McCullough and Henry Kennedy be, and they are hereby appointed to partition said land. Let the Clerk of Court issue to them a writ of partition accordingly.
