McDonald, age 55, of Bensenville, Ill. passed away Tuesday, November 11, following an extended illness. At the time of his death, he was employed by the Central Illinois Telephone Company. Mr. McDonald was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Arthur McDonald. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. May McDonald of Bensenville, Ill.; five daughters, Mrs. Vivian Watson and Mrs. Janette McDonald, both of College Park, Ga., Mrs. Betty Sams of Atlanta, Mrs. Joann Whitney and Jimmie McDonald, both of Bensenville, Ill.; two sons, James of Bensenville, Ill. and Buddy of Cocoa, Fla.; three sisters, Mrs. Gladys Nicholson of Atlanta, Mrs. Hettie Owensby of Aiken, S. C., and Mrs. Maggie Cross of Cleveland, Tenn.; three brothers, Ernest McDonald of Atlanta, Harold McDonald with the U. S. Army, and Harrison McDonald of South Lyon, Mich.; and 12 grandchildren. Interment was in the Chastain Memorial Park.
