This picture was taken about 1919 in Blue Ridge, Georgia.  It is Garner D. and 
wife Mary Liza German Davenport.  Standing behind them is their son Judson 
Cleveland and his wife Perlie Ardecie Davenport.  The three children are 
Clarence, Johnson and Bill. 
Garner was a private in Smith's Legion Ga. Vol, Inf. Battn. He joined May 14, 
1862 at Morganton, Georgia.  He later transferred to Co. B, 65th Reg. Ga. Inf. 
in March of 1863.  He died Nov. 1, 1937 and was the last living conderate 
veteran who went to war from the Copper Basin Country.
