W. Matthews Executor of A. Smith to deposit funds in bank Entered Fayette Court of Ordinary October Term 1873 Upon Application of Wm. W. Mathews Executor of the estate of Alexander Smith for letters of dismission from said Executor ??? and showing to the court that he has given due notice of his intended application for letters of dismission and has faithfully administered said estate according to the will of said Alexander Smith and further showing the court that there is a balance in his hands as such execution which has not been paid over to the rightful owners for the reason that they cannot be found amounting to twenty dollars and said Executor desiring to retain the same in his hands by virtue of the ??? ??????????? the same. It is ordered by the courts, as a preliminary step to issuing letters of dismission that said Executor return the said sum in his hands at four per cent per ?????? subject to any order of this court.
