REAVES GEORGIA} This indenture made this first day of November in the year of our Lord One FAYETTE COUNTY} thousand eight hundred and seventy three between William F. McLane of the county and State aforesaid of the one part and Martha Agnice Reaves of the same place of the other part. Witnesseth that the said William F. McLane for and in consideration of the sum of fifteen dollars to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these preasants the receipt whereof is hearby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold and conveyed and does by these preasants grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Martha Agnice Reaves her heirs and assigns one acre more or less of land containing dwelling house and other out buildings also garden and patch west of the dwelling the same being a part of Lot No. 219 in the 495 G. N. District the same being willed to me by my Father in his last Will and Testament. To have and to hold said tract or parcel of land unto her the said Martha Agnice Reaves her heirs and assigns together with all and singular the rights members and appertunances thereof to the same in any manner belonging to her and their own proper use benefit and behoof forever in fee simple. And the said William F. McLane for himself his heirs executors and administrators the said bargained premises unto the said Martha Agnice Reaves her two heirs and assigns will warrant and forever defend the right and title thereof against themselves and against the claims of all other persons whatever.
