STATE OF FLORIDA}     
SUMTER COUNTY}                    This indenture made this the 16th of January one thousand eight hundred 
and eighty eight between T H McLean of the County and State aforesaid of the first part, and W T McLean 
and L C McLean of the State of Georgia and County of Fayette of the second part.

Witnesseth that the said T H McLean for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred and fifty dollars 
to him in hand paid the receipt wherof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold and conveyed 
and doth by these presents doth grant bargain sell and convey unto the said W T McLean and L C McLean 
their hiers and assigns  thirty eight acres more or less or my entire interest in lots of land Number one 
hundred and ninety eight and two hundred and nineteen in the Sixth District of Fayette County and State of 
Georgia.  Said lands are bordered as follows. On the West by W A Enlow & S K Jones on the south by J F 
McLean on the east by John Snead & W H M Gay and on the North by W H M Gay and Allen Reeves.  To 
have & to hold said tract or tracts of land to them the said W T McLean & L C McLean their hiers and 
assigns togeather with all and singular the rights, encumbers, and oppertunances to the same in any manner 
belonging to their own proper use benefit and behoof forever in fee simple.

And the said T H McLean for himself his hiers executors, and administrators the said bargained premises to 
the said W T McLean & L C McLean thier hiers and assigns will warrant and forever defend the rights and 
title therof against themselves and against the claim of all other persons whomsoever.

In witness wherof the said T H McLean hath set his hand and affixed his seal the day and year above 
written.

                                       On this day personally appeared before me T H McLean, to me well known as the 
person described in, and who executed the foregoing deed of Conveyance and acknowledged that he 
executed the same for the purpose therein expressed, where upon it is prayed that the same may be 
recorded.
