WARRANTY DEED FROM MISS LIZZIE McLEAN TO O. T. McLEAN, ET. AL. GEORGIA, FAYETTE COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE, SUPERIOR COURT FILED FOR RECORD JAN 8TH 1951 AT 9:11 O'CLOCK A.M. RECORDED IN BOOK 34 , FOLIO 314-15 JAN 8TH, 1951 STATE OF GEORGIA, FULTON COUNTY This indenture, made this 1st day of January in the year of our Lord One Thousand, Nine Hundred and Fifty-one, between Miss Lizzie (Elizabeth) McLean Of the County of Fulton and State of Georgia, of the first part, and O.T. McLean, L.C. Mclean and Mrs. Marion McLean Jones Of the County of Fulton and State of Georgia, of the second part, Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other Valuable considerations, in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns, all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the Fourth District of Fayette County, Georgia, and more particularly described as follows. Seven Acres, near the North line of land lot Number 198, and bounded as follows: North by lands of Miss Lizzie McLean; on the East by lands of Mrs. Emma Thompson; on the South by lands of the J.F. McLean estate and on the West by lands of Mrs. Marion Jones; and Also: One and one- half acres on the north line of land lot number 198, and one and one-half acres in land lot Number 219, on the South line of said lot, and bounded on the North by a public road; on the East by lands of Mrs. Emma Thompson; on the South by lands of mrs. Emma Thompson and on the West by a public road. This being the same property that W. T. McLean conveyed to Miss Lizzie McLean in a warranty deed appearing in Deed Book S, at page 251, Fayette County records. Also, all that certain tract or parcel of land situate in said District, County and State, and being Thirteen and One-half acres in the Southeast corner of land lot Number 219, and Sixteen and One-half Acres, in the Northeast corner of land lot Number 198, and both tracts aggregating Thirty Acres, and bounded on the North by lands of S. Z. Stephens; on the East by lands of Odd McLean and F. A. Sams; on the South by lands of the J. F. McLean Estate and on the West by the public road and lands of Mrs. Emma Thompson. This being the same property that W. T. McLean conveyed to Miss Elizabeth McLean by warranty deed appearing in Deed Book S, at page 251, Fayette County records. Miss Lizzie McLean and Miss Elizabeth McLean being one and the same person, and being the person executing this conveyance. The first party is the sister of second parties and makes this conveyance to them as a deed of gift. To Have and To Hold the said bargained premises, together with all and singular the rights, members, and appurtenances thereof, to the same being, belonging, or in anywise appertaining, to the only proper use, benefit, and behoof of them the said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns, forever, in fee simple. And the said party of the first part, for herself, her heirs, executors, and administrators, will warrant and forever defend the right and title of the above described property unto the said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns, against the claims of all persons whomsoever.
