J. Fayette County} & N. M. Snead, executors of the last will and testament of John Snead, late of said county, deceased, (said executors being authorized by said will to sell land hereinafter described, of said deceased, at private sale) and L. C. McLane of the county and state aforesaid, witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of forty dollars to them in hand paid, as executors aforesaid, does hereby sell and convey unto the said L. C. McLane his heirs and assigns, a certain track of land the same being the property of the estate of said deceased and situated in said county to wit. Two Acres, being a part of land lot No. 219 containing dwelling and out houses of Alexander Reeves Deceased. Bounded on North by W. H. M. Gay, East by Public road, South by T. H. McLane. To have and to hold said track or parcel of land unto him the said L. C. McLane his heirs and assigns in as complete a manner as said deceased hand and held the same.
