GEORGIA}
FAYETTE CO}       This indenture made this sixth day of January one thousand eight hundred 
and eighty one between William F McLean of the county and State aforesaid of the one part and 
Theodore H McLean of the one part.  Witnesseth that the said William F McLean for and in 
consideration of the sum of Forty two dollars to him in hand paid, at and before the sealing and 
delivery of these presents, the receipt wherof is hereby acknowledged hath granted barganed sold 
and conveyed, and doth by these presents grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Theodore H 
McLean his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the county 
aforesaid in the Sixth District of said county containing fifteen acres in the southwest corner of lot 
of land number two hundred and nineteen.  To have and to hold said tract or parcel of land unto 
him the said Theodore H McLean his heirs and assigns together with all and singular the rights 
encumbers and oppertunances therof to the same in any manner belonging to his and their own 
proper use benefit and behoof for ever in fee simple.

And the said William F McLean for himself his hiers executors and admininstrators the said  
bargained premises unto the said Theodore H McLean his heirs and assigns will warrant and 
forever defend the right and title therof against themselves & against the claim of all other 
persons whatever.

In witness wherof the said William F McLean hath herewith set  his hand and affixed his seal the 
day and year above wirtten signed sealed and             W F McLean
