 GEORGIA}                          This Indenture made this 
FAYETTE COUNTY}          November nineteenth Eighteen
hundred and seventy nine between William F McLean of the county and State aforesaid of the 
one part and W Thomas McLean of the same place of the other part.
 
Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and seventy five Dollars to 
him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt wherof is 
hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold and conveyed unto the said W Thomas 
McLean his hiers and assigns all that tract or parcels of land lying & being in the Sixth District of 
Fayette County State of Georgia described as follows 
Thirteen and one half acres in South East corner of lot of land Number 219 and sixteen and one 
half acres in the North East corner of lot of land Number 198...  Making in the agregate thirty 
acres to have and to hold said tracts or parcels of land unto him the said W Thomas McLean his 
hiers and assigns together with all and singularly the rights encumbers and oppertunances thereof 
to the same in any manner belonging to his and their own proper use benefit and behoof forever 
in fee simple.

And the said William F McLean for himself his heirs executors and administrators the said 
bargained premises unto the said W Thomas McLean his hiers and assigns will warrant and 
forever defend the right and title thereof against themselves and against the claim of all other 
persons whatever.  In witness wherof the said William F McLean hath hereunto set his hand and 
affix his seal the day and year above written.
