GEORGIA}
FAYETTE COUNTY}         This indenture made this 30th day of January Eighteen Hundred and 
ninety one between W T McLean of the county and State aforesaid of the one part and L C 
McLean of the same place of the other part.

Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred dollars to him in hand paid at 
and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt wherof is hereby acknowledged 
hath granted barganed sold and conveyed unto the said L C McLean his hiers and assigns all that 
tract or parcels of land lying and being in the sixth district of Fayette Co and State of Georgia 
described as follows Thirteen and one half acres in the Southeast corner of lot of land No 219 and 
sixteen and one half acres in the North East corner of lot of land No 198. making in the agregate 
thirty acres to have and to hold said tracts or parcels of land unto him the said L C McLean, his 
heirs & assigns togeather with all and singular the rights encumbers and oppertunances therof to 
the same, in any manner belonging to his and their own proper use benefit and behoof forever in 
fee simple.  And the said W T McLean for himself his hiers executors and administrators the said 
bargained premises unto the said L C McLean his hiers and assigns will warrant and forever 
defend the right and title therof against themselves and against the claim of all other persons 
whatever.

In witness wherof the said W T McLean hath here unto set his hand affixed his seal the day and 
year above writen.
