The submitter has given permission to the USGenWeb Archives to store the file permanently for free access. http://www.usgwarchives.net *********************************************************************** GEORGIA} FAYETTE COUNTY} This indenture made the 30th day of January Eighteen hundred & ninety one between W T & L C McLean of the county and State aforesaid of the one part and W T McLean of the same place of the other part Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of Three hundred dollars to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and of these presence the receipt wherof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted bargained sold and conveyed unto the said W T McLean his heirs and assigns all those tracts or parcels of land ling and being in the Sixth District of said county and State described as follows. Fourteen acres in the Southwest corner of lot of land No. two hundred and nineteen, and twenty two acres in the Northwest corner of lot of land No one hundred and ninety eight. to have and to hold said tracts of land to him the said W T McLean his hiers and assigns togeather with all and singular the rights encumbers and appertunances therof to the same in any manner belonging to his, and their own proper use benefit and behalf forever in fee simple. And the said W T & L C McLean for theirselves their heirs executors administrators the said barganed premises unto the said W T McLean his heirs and assigns will warrant and forever defend the rights and titles therof against themselves and against the claims of all other persons whatever.
