Young of the County and State aforesaid of the one part, and Rowland B. Cook of the other. In witnesseth that the said Wilson R. Young for and in consideration of the sum of five hundred dollars to him paid by the said Rowland B. Cook at and before the sealing and delivering of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained and sold and by these presents doth grant, bargain and convey unto Rowland B. Cook his heirs and assigns all that lot or tract of land lying in the thirteenth district of originally Henry, now Fayette County, and known in the place of said district by lot number one hundred and eighteen to have and to hold the said bargained premises together with all and singular rights, encumbers and appurtenances thereunto belonging to him the said Rowland B. Cook his heirs and assigns forever, and the said Wilson R. Young for himself, his heirs, Executors and administrators, the said bargained premises unto the said Rowland B.Cook, his heirs and assigns will and by these presents doth warrant and forever defend against the claim or claims of all and every person or persons whatsoever and witness whereof the said Wilson R.
