Deed Book C, p.342: Aug.15,1836: John L. Eason sells to John  Stephens, both  
of  Fayette Co., Ga……Lot 141 on west side of Flint River, in the 5th. Dist. 
of  Fayette  Co., formerly Henry Co., 170 acres, more or less; also part of Lot 
140 in the 5th. Dist., Fayette Co.,formerly Henry Co., 167 ½ acres, on west 
side of Lot 141.
