Cook of the county aforesaid am held and firmly bound unto Hugh McClusky of the same place his heirs executors and administrators, in the just and full sum ___________(blank) dollars for the true payment of which I bind myself my heirs executors and administrators jointly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with my seal and dated this September 15th 1860. The consideration of the above obligation is such that whereas said Hugh McClusky has this day made and delivered to me said Caleb M. Cook his certain promissory notes for the sum of four hundred and seventy two dollars and 81 cents to become due as follows 100 dollars 25 December 1860, $100 Dec. 1861, $100 25 Dec 1862 $100 25 Dec 1863 $72.81 cts 25 Dec 1864 now should the said Hugh McClusky well and truly pay the said promissory note then I the said Caleb M. Cook bind myself to make or cause to be made to said Hugh McClusky good and sufficient titles in fee simple to and for seventy acres more or less in the south east corner of lot of land number (25) twe4nty eight the Railroad being the line in the thirteenth district of originally Henry now Fayette County with all rights members and appurtenances to said lot of land in any ____(blank) appertaining and belonging which if I the said Caleb M.
