Deed Book D., P. 569 Chattooga Co, Ga. Dec. 18, 1839. John Stephens of Fayette 
      Ga.. to John F. Beaver, note in the amount of $2500 due on or before Dec. 
25,
      1840, as security for some slaves and Lots. Nos.40 an 41 in the 13th. 
Dist., 
      Formerly in Henry Co.Ga., now in Fayette Co., the place of where said 
John  
      Stephens now lives.
