Full Title: An Act for the relief of John Huie of the county of Fayette. 42. Section I. Be it enacted, &c., That the Governor draw his warrant on the Treasury of this State in favor of John Huie, or his order for the sum of two hundred and fifty-six 87½ 100 dollars, the amount paid by him as endorser of a note made by Allen Alford, which was paid twice, once by said Allen Alford, and again by the said John Huie, by the levy and sale of his property in the county of Fayette.
