W. WILLOBY. Law Number: No. 4. Whereas, J. W. Willoby, of Fayette county, had been duly enrolled and paid as a pensioner from Fayette county for the year 1897, and died on the -- day of January, 1898, when his pension for said year was due, and after he had made his claim for 1898, as provided by law, and which pension was not paid; [Sidenote: Preamble.] Therefore, be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring, That the sum of sixty dollars ($60.00) be paid to Mrs. Charlotte Willoby, widow of said J. W. Willoby, for the use of herself and her minor children, being the pension so due her said husband for the year 1898, and that the Governor be empowered to draw his warrant for said sum in favor of the said Charlotte Willoby.
