[missing title] MILITARY. 1833 Vol. 1 -- Page: 139 Sequential Number: 095 Full Title: AN ACT to incorporate a volunteer company in the county of Fayette, to be known by the name of the Fayetteville Blues. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Georgia, in General Assembly met, and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the same, That from and immediately after the passing of this act, the volunteer company in Fayetteville, Fayette county, commanded at this time by Captain Young Mann, are hereby incorporated under the name and style of the Fayette Blues, and the members thereof are hereby authorized and empowered to form such rules and regulations, and pass such by-laws for their government as they may think proper, which rules, regulations and by-laws, when formed and passed, shall be binding on such company to all intents and purposes, and in the same manner as if they were particularly mentioned in this act: Provided, such rules, regulations and by-laws, shall not be repugnant to the laws of the state or of the United States. SEC. 2. And be it enacted by the authority aforesaid, That all acts and parts of acts militating against this act be, and the same are hereby repealed.
