Fayette County
Adminstrator's Sale.

By an order from the Court of Ordinary of Fayette county, will be sold at the 
Court-house door, in the town of Fayetteville, Fayette county, Georgia, on the 
first Tuesday in November next, in the legal hours of sale, the following 
property, to-wit:  14 acres of land off of the south side of lot of land No. 
73, 125 acres off of the north side of lot of land No. 74, one-half interest in 
one vacant lot in Brooks Station, containing 3,274 square feet and on the east 
side of the Main street and off of lot of land No. 70; one-half interest in one 
town lot in Brooks Station, 24x50 feet on east side of Main street, on which is 
situated a store [wooden] and part of lot No. 70.  Also, one-half interest in 
dwelling house in the town of Brooks Station, a 60x200 feet, off of lot of land 
No. 59.  Said land is situated in the 4th district of said county and the town 
lots in the 6th district of said county, sold as the property of W. F. Kelley, 
deceased, for distribution among the heirs.  Terms cash.  This October 6th, 
1879.
