TWO AGED VETERANS CELEBRATE BIRTHDAY ON THE 8th

Yesterday was the birthday anniversary of General B.F. Weathers of this city, 
also of his brother Mr. J.A. Weathers.  They are brothers and Confederate 
veterans.  The former is 82 years of age and the latter is 76 years of age.  A 
celebration of the double birthday was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. J.A. 
Weathers at White's Chapel, attended by many relatives and friends.  The 
Leader wishes these two beloved citizens who are still hale and active, many 
returns of their natal day.

They are sons of Isham T. Weathers & Sarah Thompson, formerly of Fayette Co., 
Georgia
