DEAD
     Judge Garry Grice died at the residence of his son, Q. C. Grice, in 
Fayette County, on the 19th inst. Mr. Grice was probably the oldest man in the 
county, and had been a man of wonderful physical vigor, as well as remarkable
talent. He has occupied many positions of trust both in Georgia and in his 
native State, North Carolina. He was an honest, upright man, and died respected 
by all who knew him.
