Gray of Eloise died of heart failure Tuesday (April 15, 2003) at Winter Haven Hospital. She was 89. Born in Sugar Valley, Ga., on July 5, 1913, she came to Eloise from Fayetteville, Ga., in 1937. She was a homemaker. She was of the Church of Christ faith. Mrs. Gray was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Gray. She is survived by her son, Raymond G. Gray, West Palm Beach; daughters, Betty C. Worley, Graceville, Lois J. Gatlin, Eagle Lake; two sisters; 11 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home, Winter Haven. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Eagle Lake Church of Christ Cemetery.
