Services will be held at 9am Wednesday in First Baptist Church in Peachtree City. Burial will be in Sardis Baptist Church Cemetery in Adrian. The Rev. Paul McCommon will officiate. Mrs. Peacock, a native of Johnson County, was a member of First Baptist Church in Peachtree City. Survivors include five sons, Willie Ray Peacock of Macon, Bobbie Don Peacock, Julian David Peacock, Billy Joe Peacock, and Tim Jeffrey Peacock, all of Peachtree City; three daughters, Nelia M. Lavender of Gordon, Cathy A. McInvale of Peachtree City, and Jackie L. Lewis of Macon; three brothers, W. C. Tyson of Adrian, D. Z. Tyson of Dublin, and Jerry G. Tyson of Minneapolis; two sisters, Cora Mae Wheeler of Dublin and Mary Lee Bradford of Swainsboro; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Pope Dickson and Son Funeral Home in Fayetteville has charge of arrangements. Additional Comments: Sara Annie Irene was born 24 Jan 1912 to David Zachariah Tyson Sr. and Sara Emma Viola Riner Tyson. Her husband, William Thomas Peacock, is also buried at Sardis Baptist Church Cemetery. Georgia death certificate #003667.
