This is a photo of a gathering at Willie Harpers house in about 1920. I am 77 
and the people that I can identify were old when I was a child and I am sure 
that there are none left in life. The house was on the Fayette, Spalding county 
line and Willie was my grandmother Maggie Padgetts 1st cousin. I am hoping that 
someone may recognise some of the people and let me know. The car in the photo 
was my great uncles Grover Padgett he is the one with the crutch. He was the 
tax commissioner of spalding county until his death in 1956.
