James Lamberth, 29th April 1828, and died in Rome, Ga., 22d Sept 1869. After their marriage, she and her husband resided in Fayette county, until 1834 when they moved to Rome. Rev. G. W. Stinchcomb died in Fayette county, Georgia, July 7th 1872, in the 37th year of his age. Thomas Rivers was born in Hancock county, May 9th 1800 and died about the 10th of February 1873 in Fayette county, Ga. Joshua P. Shropshear was born in Oglethorpe county, Ga., February 17th 1806 and died in Fayette county, March 10th 1873. Leaves a wife and daughters. Laura Octavia Henderson was born May 28, 1871, and died in Fayette county, Ga., April 9, 1873. Mrs. Martha H. Talley, wife of Rev. Nathan Talley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Travis, late of Fayette county, Ga., and sister of Col. John Travis, of Atlanta, Ga., died in Clinch county, Ga., July 12th 1873. J. W. Talley My father, John Williams, died near Senoia, Coweta county, Ga., Dec. 29th 1873. He was born in Edgefield district, S. C., July 19th 1796. When a child, between two and three years of age, his father moved to Jackson county, Ga. He later moved to Fayette county, then to Coweta county. W. L. Williams Rev. Mozee Harp was born in Jones county, Ga., April 17th 1819; died in Fayette county, Sept. 4th 1874. Geo. E. Gardner. Mrs. Sarah J. Harrison was born in Fayette county, Ga., May 24th 1840, and died in the same county, January 15th 1875. Geo. E. Gardner Mrs. Eliza A. Mitchell, sister of Mrs. Sarah J. Harrison, the subject of the foregoing obituary, was born in Fayette county, Ga., Sept. 14th 1855; died in the same county, Feb. 2d 1875. Geo. E. Gardner John B. Sweat was born in Fayette county, Georgia, January 5th 1860; died at Flat Shoals, DeKalb county, Ga., June 6th 1875. James E. England Dr. W. H. Blalock was born in Randolph county, N. C., in 1813; moved to Georgia very early in life; and died in Fayette county, Feb. 19, 1876. Joseph King Lambuth, son of the late Joseph Lambuth of Leon county, Texas, was born in Dadeville, Talapoosa county, Ala., June 6, 1852; and was killed by a stroke of lightning April 1, 1876, in Fayette co., Ga. His father moved to Texas when he was four years of age. Upon the death of his father, he and two of his sisters returned to the house of their aged grand-father, Major Y. D. King of Fayette county. W. L. Williams Rev. G. W. Stinchcomb died in Fayette county, Georgia, July 7th 1872, in the 37th year of his age. Rev. John Haisten was born in Edgefield District, S. C., March 8, 1802, and died near Whitesburg, Ga., May 22, 1877. His parents removed to Greene county in this state when he was a child. He removed to Fayette county in 1827, thence to Coweta in 1834; thence to Carroll county in 1868, where he resided until his death. D. Nolan Mrs. Willie C. Cunningham, daughter of William and Hannah W. Watts, and wife of James S. Cunningham, was born in Fayette county, Ga., February 20, 1823; removed with her parents to Cass, now Bartow, county, in 1835; was married in 1841; died February 19, 1878.
