To any Minister of the Gospel, Judge of Superior Court or Justice of the 
Peace to Celebrate:                                                                                               
You are hereby authorized and permitted to join, in the Honorable State of 
Matrimony,                                                                                                                 
Thomas Cobb and Miss Ida Bridges                                                                  
According to the Rites of your Church, provided there be no lawful cause to 
obstruct the same, according to the Constitution and laws of this State, and 
for so doing this shall be your sufficient License.                                                     
Given under my hand and seal, this 13 day of June 1877.
