Written: October 5 1915

Last Will and Testament of Henry C. Reeves.
Georgia   Fayette County.
I, Henry C. Reeves of said State and County, being of sound and disposing mind 
and memory, do make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and 
annulling all other,s by me heretofore made.  

First:  I desire and direct that my body be buried in a decent and 
christianlike manner, suitable to my circumstances and condition in life.

Second:  I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid without unnecessary 
delay, by my Executor hereinafter named and appointed, out of proceeds of above 
property.

Third:  I give, bequeath and devise to my wife, Permelia C. Reeves, the 
exclusive use of all my realty and personalty, consisting of the house and lot 
where I now reside in Woolsey, and all the farm lands, and personal property 
that I may have at my death during her natural life, the use of said property 
is intended to support her during her natural life, she not having to account 
for any of the rents and profits of said premises, or the use thereof to any 
one, and at her death the property mentioned above to be equally divided among 
such children as we may leave in life, or their heirs, to share and share alike 
equally between all the children born to us.

Fourth:  I hereby constitute and appoint my wife, Permelai C. Reeves, the sole 
Executrix of this my last will and testament, and I expressly confer upon her 
power, as such, to administer my estate, excusing her from giving bond, or 
making any returns to the Ordinary, and I expressly wish that all the proceeds 
of said premises be solely for her use to take care of her during her natural 
life.

Fifth:  After the death of said wife, I will that C. C. Reeves and Ed. L. 
Reeves, my sons, be and they are hereby constituted and appointed to administer 
my said estate, and divide among all the children share and share alike each 
all the property of my estate, without making any returns to the Ordinary, or 
giving any bond for the performance of their duty, I reposing in them full 
faith, and confidence that they will discharge honorably all the duties imposed 
on them.

Sixth:  If it be impracticable to divide in kind the lands, and home at 
Woolsey, Ga, satisfactory, then I wish it sold without any order at Court, 
either at public or private sale to the very best advantage, and the proceeds 
be equally divided among my children, the said sale shall cause them to make 
good and sufficient title conveying to the purchaser a good title.

Signed, Sealed, and Delivered, and Declared and Published by Henry C. Reeves as 
his last Will and Testament, in the presence of us, the undersigned, who 
subscribed our names hereto in the presence of said testator, after he had 
signed his name thereto, and at his special instance and request, and in the 
presence of each other.
