I, J. F. McLean of said state and county knowing that I must shortly depart from this world deem it right and proper that I should make a disposition of the property God has blessed me with, I therefore make this my last Will and Testament. 1st I desire that all my just debts be paid without delay by my executor herein after named. 2nd I give and bequeath to my step sons W. T. McLean and L. C . McLean all tha tpart of lot of land no. 187 lying East of the branch known as the Zorn branch and running a south west course until it intersects with the branch known as the Fishpond branch thence up the said branch to the line between J. W. Padgett and Myself thence South to the line of L. C. McLean to be equally divided between them. 3rd I give and bequeath to my daughters Alice R. McLean and M. Exor McLean and my son John M. McLean all the rest of my estate both real and personal property to be equally divided between them and it is my desire that none of the land shall be sold to make a distribution unless it should be to one another. 4th I constitute and appoint my son John M.
