I therefore make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and annulling all others heretofore made by me. “first” I desire that all of my just debts be paid as soon as it shal [sic] be convenient to do. “second” I give and devise to my beloved wife Mary Anne the lot of parcel of land on which I now live it being part of lot No. nineteen (19). It being in the thirteenth district of formerly Henry now Fayette County, with all rights, members and appertenances [sic] to said tract or part of land in any wise appertaining or belonging there to free from all charge or limitations whatever, to hur [sic] own proper use benefit and behalf forever with full power to dispose of the same at any time befour [sic] or after hur [sic] death as she may think proper. I also give and bequeath to hur [sic] all the household and kitchen furniture now on the place or in the house plantation tools, etc., and I also give in the same unreserved manner all my stock consisting of mule, cattle and hogs (third)I give and bequeath to my Sun [sic] George Mosley my Mill and Distillery with all the apperiances [sic] belonging there to it being situated on lot No. fifteen (15) it being in the thirteenth district of formerly Henry now Fayette County with all the land appertaining there to water power and with all rights and members and appertinances [sic]to said parsel of land or in any wise belonging thereto, free from all charge or limitation whatever. I also give to my sun [sic] George Mosely [sic] half of my mechanicle [sic] tools and one feather bed. “fourth” I give and bequeath to my sun [sic] Miles Mosley the other half of my mechanicle [sic] tools and one feather bed. “fifth” I give to my daughter Elizabeth Guy one dollar. Howell Moseley Signed sealed and declared and published by Howel Mosley as his last will and testament in the presence of us the subscribers who subscribed our names heretofore in the presence of said Testator and of each other this January the 20th 1857.
