I, W. J. Jones of said state and county, being of sound mind and disposing mind and memory, knowing I must shortly depart this life, deem it right and proper, both as respects my family and my self that I should make a disposition of the property with which a kind Providence as blessed me. I do therefore make this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and annulling all others by me heretofore made. One I desire and direct my body be buried in a decent and Christian like manner suitable to my circumstances and condition in life. My soul I trust shall return to rest with God Who gave it as I hope for Salvation through the merits and atonement of the Blessed Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Two I desire and direct all just debts be paid without delay by any executors hereinafter named and appointed. Third I give and bequest to my beloved wife Nancy my entire estate to keep and hold during her lifetime of widowhood, and after her death said estate to be divided between the heirs of my deceased wife and present wife Nancy whose name are the following: Gustus A, Clayton C, Julius C, Calvin P, William J, M Lucaner, James L, H Victor and Clandy N. Fourth I hereby constitute and appoint my beloved wife Nancy and son Gustus executors of this my last will and testament. This Jany 12, 1884 Signed Sealed Declared and Published by . J.
