King Dept Clerk CO Georgia} Fayette County} In the name of God amen, I Moses Williams of said state and County being of advanced age and knowing that I must shortly depart from this life deem it right and proper both as respects myself and family that I should make a disposition of the property with which a kind providence has blessed me. Hereby revolking and annulling all others heretofore made by me, Item 1st I desire and direct that my body be buried in a decent and Christian like manner sutable to my circumstances and condition My soul I trust shall return to rest with god who give it. Item 2 " I desire that all my just debts be paid (if I should owe any, without delay by my executor herein after made, as I am unwilling my creditors should be delayed of their rights especially as there is no necesity for delay), " 3 " I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Chaney with whom I have lived many years in the strictest quiet and love all my property, both real and personal, of any discription whatever together with all my redy money and notes and papers of all discription during her natural life and ? her? death of said wife - Chaney to be disposed of as herein after dis?????, " 4 " I bequeath to my seven following named children all the property both real and personal redy money and ??? of every discription whatever which my said wife Caney may leave derived from. My estate by virtue this my will be equally divided among or between my beloved son James H and my beloved son John H and my beloved Daughter Lucretia H wife of Allen Reeves and my beloved Daughter Elizabeth wife of Willis Kellam and my beloved Daughter Polly or Mary Spurlin wife of James Spurlin and beloved Daughter Sally wife of Alfred M Reeves and my Daughter Nancy wife of John McDonald ? Portion may fall to my six first named children. I de?i? to them and their heirs but the portion which may fall to my Daughter Nancy I give and bequeath to her and to her children by her present husband and the children she may have by a future Husband (should she have a future Husband free from the disposition of her present Husband or future Husband should she have a future Husband. Ballard Georgia} Fayette County} Before me Jesse L Blalock Ordinary in and for said County personally came James H Williams Executor of the Last will and Testament of Moses Williams late of said county deceased and produced before me the last will and testament of Moses Williams and two of the witnesses to said Will to wit John I. Whitaker and Alfred Brown which witnesses being duly sworn depose and say that they saw Moses Williams the Testator Sign Seal declare and publish the instrument ???? presented as his last will and testament freely voluntarily and of his own accord without any compultion or influence whatever that at the time of the Execution of said will said Testator was of Sound and disposing Mind and memory that said witnesses signed said will as witnesses in the presence of the testator and at his special instance and request and in the presence of each other.
