I Harbard Cook of the said state and county being of advanced age and knowing that I must shortly depart this life deem it right and proper both as respects my family and my self that I should make a disposition of the property with which a kind providence has blessed me and therefore make this my last will and testament hereby revoking all others heretofore made by me. Item 1st I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid without delay by my executors soon after appointed as I am unwilling my executors should be delayed in their rights especially as there is no necessity of delay. Item 2 I give and bequeath and devise to my beloved wife Elizabeth with whom I have lived in the strictest quiet for thirty two years all my property personal and real her life time or if she was to die before the three youngest children come of age there ???? be a sufficient amount appropriated for the raising and tuition of said children after the death of said Elizabeth the property is to be equally divided between all the children with a reduction of one hundred dollars to Joshua A. Cook which he has had. Item 3th I hereby constitute and appoint my beloved wife Elizabeth Executrix and my son William N. Cook executor of this my last will and testament May 3 1854.
