Pt Lot no 50. 22.3	[	Made this 28th day
Of November in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety, 
between Nancy Colquitt, Sarah C. Lyon, Daniel T. Colquitt, Walter T. Colquitt, 
and Harriet E. Griffin, of the County of Polk and State of Georgia, of the 
first part, and William E. Colquitt of the County of Polk of the second part.
   Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part for and in Consideration 
of the sum of Twenty five Dollars, in hand paid, on and before the Sealing and 
delivery of these presents the receipt Whereof is hereby acknowledged has 
granted bargained, sold and Conveyed, and by these presents doth grant, 
bargain, Sell and Convey Unto the said party of the Second part, his heirs, and 
assigns, all that tract or parcel of Land, Situated, lying and being in the

District and 3rd Section of Floyd County, Ga. Described as follows; Five shares 
of Lot of land No (50) fifty, One Hundred and Sixty (160) acres of Wild Land, 
More or less. To have and to hold the said bargained premises, together with 
all and Singular, the rights, Members and appurtenances thereof, to the same 
being, belonging, or in any wise appertaining, to the only proper use, benefit 
and behoof of the said party of the Second part his heirs Executors, 
Administrators and assigns in fee simple. And the said party of the first part, 
his heirs, Executors, Administrators, the said bargained premises unto the said 
party of the second part, his Heirs, Executors, Administrators and assigns 
against said party of the first part, their Heirs, Executors and 
Administrators, and all and Every other person or persons, Shall and Will 
warrant and forever defend by Virtue of these presents, in witness where of the 
said parties have here unto set their hands and affixed their Seals, the day 
and year first above written.
