1853, November 3--- This Indenture made between Charles Dougherty unto Jeremiah 
Hover.  For and in consideration of the sum of $1250 dollars hath sold 26 
acres, being part of lot 281, 4th Section, 4th District on the South side of 
the Coosa River except 15 feet reserved for a road from the Ferry landing to 
the Southwest corner of said lot.

Plat:
	26 acres to the 1st bank of the Coosa River.
