Mrs. S.G. Orr and little daughter Mary Clinton of Newnan arrived Saturday 
afternoon to visit Mrs. Mary Nixon for a month or so. "The Rome Tribute-Herald"

Mrs. S. G. Orr is the former Annie H. Freeman.  She married Sylvanius G. Orr on 
12 Aug 1899 in Coweta Co., Ga.    Sylvanius, Annie & their daughter, Mary 
Clinton (Orr) Lee are buried at Oak Hill Cemetery in Newnan, Coweta Co., 
Georgia.   Sylvanius d. 7 Aug 1905.
 
Annie is the daughter of Alvan Dean Freeman & 1st wife, Ella Clinton Hall.    
The Mother of Mary (Pennington) Nixon of Rome, Ga. is Elizabeth Freeman, so I 
would suspect there is a connection between Mary's mother & Annie's father.

Ironically, the Freemans and Nixons do not connect to the Freeman & Nixon lines 
my husband is connected to.
