It is ordered that the 12th day of September 1881 is hereby appointed a day on which to hear and determine upon said petition and that notice thereof be given by publication in the Jacksonville Republican, a newspaper printed and published in said county, for three successive weeks prior to said daty, as a notice to: Clara A. Nabors who is the widow of said Slade Nabors, deceased, who is a non-resident and who resides at Cave Springs in the state of Georgia; and to all other persons interested, to be and appear before me at my office in the courthouse of said county on the 12th day of September, and defend against said petition if they think proper.
