The Rome Tribune
     The survivors of the 23rd Georgia regiment of Confederate Veterans will 
hold their annual reunion in Rome, on the first Wednesday, 4th of August. Come 
with your haversacks filled with the good things necessary for the inner man 
and we will all have a good time sure. We cordially invite all old veterans 
whether U. S. or C. S. to come and meet with us. An interesting programe has 
been arranged for the occasion. Yours truly,
