State News Items

Perhaps the largest baptizing in the history of Floyd County, Georgia, took 
place last Sunday afternoon when 58 candidates were baptized by Rev. J.E. 
Smith, pastor of the Lindale Church.  There were 2,000 persons in attendance at 
the water.
