Rome, Ga., Nov. 20. -- Numerous moonshine cases have been heard at the term of 
federal court now in session here, and it is probable the rest of the work will 
be devoted to the same class of cases. T. B. Hulsey, a white-haired man, 
seventy-five years old, from Paulding county, is the nestor of the moonshiners 
in this section, and was found guilty of this offense.  A suspended sentence 
for the same offense has been hanging over Hulsey for eight years, but becasue 
of his age the officials are in doubt as to what to do with him.  Most of teh 
accused have been found guilty, and have been sentenced to fines or brief terms 
of imprisonment.
