T. B. Hulsey, a white-haired man, seventy-five years old, from Paulding county, is the nestor of the moonshiners in this section, and was found guilty of this offense. A suspended sentence for the same offense has been hanging over Hulsey for eight years, but becasue of his age the officials are in doubt as to what to do with him. Most of teh accused have been found guilty, and have been sentenced to fines or brief terms of imprisonment.
