F. Abrams' Death IS Shock to Family; Funeral Wednesday R. F. Abrams, aged 64 years, a resident of this county for the most of his life, died at his home in South Lindale Monday at 4 p.m. of a heart attack. Regradless of the fact that Mr. Abrams had been in declining health for several months and about six weeks ago had undergone an apparently successful operation his death came as a shock to the family, as he appeared to have been considerably improved in health for the past two weeks. Besides his widow, who was before their marriage, Miss Janie Frazier, he is survived by six sons, Roy, Raymond, Russell, Lee, Charles and Harvey; and three daughters, Mrs. Charles Martin, Virginia and Medora Abrams. Two brothers, D. E. Abrams, of South Lindale and Jim Abrams, of Lithonia, Ga., and one sister, Mrs. Robert Field, of Columbia, SC, also survive. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. from the Wax Primitive Baptist church and will be conducted ty the Rev. J. H. Johnson and Rev. Ed Dempsey. Burial will be in the cemetery at the same place. The following will act as pallbearers and are asked to meet at the residence in South Lindale Wednsday at 1 p.m., Jack Morris, Johnson Wilkins, W. J. Callaway, I. T. Penn, E. J. Simms and H. L. Hollis.
