Ezekiel Boggs Passes Sunday

Another member of the local camp of Confederate
veterans passed into the Great Beyond Sunday morning
at 11 o'clock in the person of Ezekiel Boggs, age
78. He died after a short illness at his home in
Texas Valley, this county. The deceased leaves two
daughters, Mrs. Anna Reeves and Mrs. Frankie
Callaway; three sons, Henry, Charles and Jas. Boggs,
all of this county. He was a faithful and highly
respected member of the M.E. Church. The funeral was
held from Sand Springs Church yesterday morning at
11 o'clock and the interment was in the cemetery
adjoining. (Note: died Sept. 21)
