LAST FUNERAL RITES HELD THURSDAY FOR PROMINENT CITIZEN
 
Funeral Services for Samuel F. Crabtree, who died Tuesday
{01/31/1924} at 10 o'clock at his residence, 17 North McLin
St, were held Thursday {02/01/1924} afternoon at 2:30
o'clock from the residence with Rev. S.C. Elrod officiating.

The deceased is survived by his widow and seven children:
four sons, Homer, Ernest, Wheeler and Lester Crabtree, three
daughters, Mrs. Mary Suits, Nellie and Fleedie Crabtree all
of Rome.

Interment was in Oakland Cemetery, W. B. Nichols, funeral
directors, in charge.
