The death of Captain M. Dwinell, of Rome, is announced.  Captain Dwinell has 
for many years been connected with Georgia journalism.  He established the Rome 
Courier, and by his superior business ability made that paper profitable at a 
time when profitable journalism had never been heard of in Georgia.  He was a 
man of strong character, and he leaves many friends to mourn his loss.  He was 
a bachelor and left property amounting to about one hundred thousand dollars.
